Key to the castle... This sterling silver Crown Trifari brooch is a crowned key. The crown sits at the key's bow; a silver flower resembling a Tudor rose, framed in a ring of blood-red rhinestones, sits on the stem. Finely crafted, as you would expect from Trifari. This brooch fastens securely with a rollover clasp. The key's bit is marked "Sterling Pat.Pend." The crown is signed with a Crown Trifari maker's mark. Circa 1945.

Trifari was a highly collectible, high-end costume jewelry manufacturer producing during the 20th Century.
